Our Story
From Passion to Purpose
While studying for his bachelor's degree at university, our founder, Idris, developed a passion for healthy living and sustainability. Over time, this interest grew, leading him to learn more about health, plant protection, and the surprising issue of honey being one of the most faked foods in the world. His research led him to visit local beekeepers across the UK, where he discovered the amazing qualities of real honey and the fascinating world of bees. Inspired by these experiences, Idris founded Honey & Greens, a brand built on a commitment to provenance, sustainable practices, and guaranteed quality.
